With their roots going back to 1997, Silpada Designs is a company that provides handcrafted fine jewelry to their customers. They provide an environment for women to shop for this fashion jewelry in the homes of their friends and loved ones.
You will never find Silpada Designs jewelry items on the shelves of any department store, as their products are distributed exclusively through Silpada Designs Representatives. This represents the multi-level marketing (MLM) business model that gives women the opportunity to take control of their financial futures, and have fun along the way.
For those who desire to become Silpada Designs Representatives, you can do so for a Certification Fee of $199. However, at the time of enrollment, if you purchase $750 in products, this fee will be discounted to $100. Additionally, if you purchase $1,750 in products, your Certification Fee will be $0.
Silpada Designs Representatives earn 30% commissions on all sales. As you begin your recruiting efforts, you will earn commissions based upon the production of your downline, going down as far as 4 generations, depending on the rank that you have obtained.
As you achieve success in your business, you will begin to progress through the leadership positions that Silpada Designs offers. These include:

The higher the rank that you obtain, the larger your commissions will become, and the more generations that you will be given an opportunity to profit from.
As a beginner, if you submit a qualified party within your first year, you will receive $200 in free jewelry. A qualified party is defined as one that generates $500 in sales from 10 customers.
Additionally, for every new Representative that you personally sponsor in your first 100 days, you will be rewarded with $500 in free jewelry.
What kind of training can I expect as a new Silpada Designs Representative?
Silpada Designs is a traditional multi-level marketing business in the sense that they will encourage you to utilize your warm market to grow your business. You will contact friends, relatives, neighbors, and close associates to encourage them to host a Silpada Designs Party of their own.
