The Victorian Arts Center – Melbourne’s Vibrant Art and Cultural Precinct

There are 3 theatres found under the spire, of which the State Theatre is known to be one of the few theatres in the world that has such a large stage for performances. Events like dramas and ballets are held in this particular theatre. The other 2 theatres are also places where drama and dance events are usually performed.
Apart from this, the Victorian Arts Center is a great place to enjoy gallery art that is found in the Theatres Building. Popular galleries like the St Kilda Road Foyer Gallery and George Adams Gallery hosts a wide range of diverse art that will definitely suit your taste. The center comes alive and is extremely vibrant every summer when concerts featuring famous groups like Pearl Jam and Jack Johnson are held in the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
