How you can start and succeed in your own business is the goal of most budding entrepreneurs. In many western based cultures the connotations are obvious. The Industrial Revolution – a watershed when every part of daily life was changed for ever -
industries such as textiles, mining, shipbuilding and manufacturing are mostly long gone. Even worse, many white collar occupations and the back office jobs are now the being sent overseas. As well, call centers and huge chunks of the IT industry are following this trend.
So it’s time to stop daydreaming and do something or you’ll retire broke if you ever do retire. If your wish is to be financially secure you won’t it in corporate employment; the 50 years loyal and faithful service with a gold carriage clock are gone forever; a sepia memory of the dim and distant past.
There’s not much difference between a rut and a grave, just the depth! Accordingly spread your wings – or it will end any dreams you have of a better life. For things to change for you, you have to change because survival is the name of the game and there’s only one sure way to survive. Fire your boss before she decides your number is up fires you! And seize control of your life so that you can start and succeed in your own business.
However, how is this achieved? You set off by yourself and build a business of which will make you proud – from your lounge-room table if needed. It’s been done many times and you too can do it because there’s no magic involved. Don’t worry if you’re not clever or a real good-looker or a bit over-weight; none of these things matter. Nonetheless, you’ll need a blazing ambition to accomplish something worthwhile – so nothing can stop you.
Because, the single incalculable quality all winning people have is sheer dogged persistence! If you don’t have that certain something that drives you on don’t bother, best not even think about it; because you won’t make it! So if you’ve got what it takes, and it takes plenty – get going! To look after yourself – it is important you
learn how you can start and succeed in your own business and very soon because nobody else is going to look after you, or your family.
